There are unlimited attempts for this self-test. You can also view all of the questions and all of the questions and answers below the quiz in the "Contents" section

To claim the 9 credits of CME/CE for the Self-Assessment Program - Volume I, pass the post-test compiled from a selection of questions from the Self-Assessment Program and attest to full completion of all questions. Below are instructions for submitting credit: 

1. Complete the credit claiming Quiz and Survey. 

 2. Click the View/Print Your Certificate button.
