This session will review the evolution and organizational development of over 20 years of operation of the Massachusetts General Hospital multidisciplinary weight center. Gain an understanding of how operational and weight center set up has changed overtime to enhance the patient and provider experience. This session will provide best practice tips from a variety of members of the care team from within the hospital system.
