Adolescent obesity management is rapidly evolving with new evidence guiding surgical, endoscopic, and pharmacologic approaches. This session will review current outcomes, safety data, and access issues in adolescent bariatric surgery, highlight the emerging role of endoscopic and alternative metabolic procedures, and discuss best practices for perioperative GLP-1 receptor agonist use.
