In June of 2023 the AASLD updated the nomenclature for NAFLD to Metabolic dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease(MASLD). This session address the changes in nomenclature, provide detail recommendations for screening for advanced fibrosis, and update current management practices.
