This session covers the employer health benefit landscape and how it has changed over the last five years due to COVID, new treatments, technology, and competition. How employers determine which clinical services to cover will also be reviewed, including detailing the keys to delivering a successful clinical weight management program in the employer space. Finally, participants will discover how learnings from employer weight management programs can have direct application in traditional medical practices.
