With the proliferation of digital resources, there are numerous free online exercise apps that can assist in creating tailored workout routines and tracking progress. We will evaluate a selection of free exercise apps, considering their features, user-friendliness, and suitability for different fitness levels and goals. By the end of the session, participants will have a greater understanding of the available options and how to make the most of these tools and recommendations while helping your patients make meaningful changes and achieve
