Obesity Management Foundations for the Primary Care Clinician - Module1 Session 5

This session will provide guidance for utilizing the current guidelines and algorithm to treat patients with pre-obesity (overweight) and obesity. A review of how obesity fits into a chronic care model will be discussed. Using case studies this session will demonstrate using screening tools and measurements to make a diagnosis and provide staging of the chronic disease of obesity.
