Complications in Determining Energy Expenditure (Recorded Webinar)
Clinicians are likely familiar with total energy expenditure being comprised of resting energy expenditure, diet induced thermogenesis, and physical activity. However, there are other less well-known factors that affect total energy expenditure, complicating both its estimation and measurement. The goal of this session is to familiarize participants with several of these factors using a case-based format.
