As the tools continue to advance in Obesity Medicine, it can be easy to overlook the importance of the Behavior pillar in treating obesity. Guiding patients through behavior change can feel difficult for a number of reasons including time constraints and lack of training. The panelists will share their best practices on how to use high-impact coaching skills, how to break down perceived barriers, as well as provide real examples of what can be done in clinical practice to support patient behavior change.
