As published and described in Obesity Pillars (i.e., the official journal of the Obesity Medicine Association), excessive weight reduction is an emerging challenge that sometimes arises with approved and investigational highly effective anti-obesity medications (heAOMs). In this discussion, expert panelists will provide practical clinical examples, as well as outline a proposed structured and algorithmic approach to the patient with excessive weight reduction with heAOM’s.
